BELL 206
PAYMENT TERMS AND RATES:
- Lessee shall pay Lessor at the rate of $475 per Hobbs hour.
- Lessee shall pay for a minimum of 25 hobbs hours at $500 USD at the beginning of each month.
- The 25 hobbs hours is a minimum fee for the month. If unused the minimum will roll over into the next month. Lessee shall pay for a total of 300 hobbs hours per this year contract at a minimum of 25 hours per month. Any unused hours below 300 that are paid for in the monthly 25 hour minimum usage will not be refunded, rolled into a new lease contract or applied to the purchase of the helicopter associated with this lease. The 25 hours will be applied to the months usage. When lesses’s usage exceeds 25 hours, the total hobbs usage for the month will show a deduction of the minimum of 25 hobbs hours.
- Usage greater than 25 hobbs hours per month lessee shall pay lessor at the rate of $400 per hobbs hour.
- Lessee shall report the previous month’s Hobbs hours by the 1st of the following month, in writing, and will pay Lessor the amount due for the hours used in the previous month by the 5th of the following month. Example: Lessee shall report January Hobbs hours by February 1st and pay Lessor the amount due for January usage by February 5th.
- In the event Lessee shall fail to pay said lease payment on the due date or within fifteen (15) days thereafter, a late charge of five percent (5%) of the delinquent amount may, at the Lessor’s discretion, be added to said lease payment and paid to Lessor together therewith.
- In addition to the late charge, any and all lease payments (including the 5% late charge) remaining unpaid for more than 30 calendar days, shall bear interest at the annual rate of 12.00% (1% per month), until paid, including any time following judgment for said amounts.
BELL 407
