Mauna Loa Helicopters, Hawaii to build India's first private helicopter training academy

Mauna Loa helicopters has signed contract with Mumbai based, Carver Aviation which runs a leading flying training academy for fixed wing pilots in Baramati, Maharashtra.

"Helicopter Training will be the next boom in the country and we would like to be a part of Indias growing helicopter industry by helping Carver aviation build state of the art helicopter training academy which we have in Hawaii, U.S" as per Mr.Ben Fouts, President of Mauna Loa Helicopters, Hawaii, United States.

We have several proposals for building training schools in India and we have never seen such unprecedent growth for helicopters anywhere in the world like we see in India. We have our exclusive partners Helicop Aviation who represent us in this part of the world for us to have a wider presence in India and Asia.

The helicopter boom in India is definite as all the big Helicopter companies are bullish about the Indian market and hence training of new pilots is an integral part to keep pace with the growth in the Industry. Mauna Loa Helicopters with their partners Helicop Aviation as all set to tap the training market in India to keep pace with the growth in the commercial market for helicopters.

Carver Aviation is the first aviation company which Mauna Loa is giving expertise for build state of the art academy in India and many such projects are in the pipeline as quoted by CEO of Helicop Aviation Mr. Tridib Nandy.
