Helicop Aviation is in the process of being acquired by Bright Air based out of Tampa,Florida. Mr. Nandy founder of Helicop Aviation quoted that his passion will always lie with aviation and he will continue to consult and give his expertise specially to the newbies in this industry. However he states that its time to take up more interesting assignments and venture into helping build start ups cross continents.
